First make sure you have MPClothes (http://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/mpclothes-addon-clothing-slots) mod.
Run the Open IV program.
Activate the edit mode setting.
Open the folder named "mpclothes" and drop the .ydd - .ydt files into the folder.
♡- Fivem installation:
Extract the mod files from the downloaded folder to your "stream" folder.
